Bio

Lorenzo grew up in Waukegan, Illinois where he attended Waukegan High school and was a two year starter at Defensive end. He then accepted a full ride athletic scholarship to Black Hill State in South Dakota were he stayed for 1 year before accepting another full ride scholarship to Fort Lewis College in Colorado. At Fort Lewis, Lorenzo was named pre-season All American in 2019 as a 4 year starter at Defensive End. He later received his Bachelor’s Degree in December 2021 in Exercise Science.

Since college, Lorenzo has been working diligently to expand his knowledge in strength and conditioning to better development athletes. He is currently specializing in sport performance but has experience working with client of all ages. Lorenzo is passionate about developing quality fundamental skills amongst the youth in order to jumpstart their athletic aspirations!

As a former D-1 athlete, I still want to stay competitive in case Michigan State Soccer realizes I still have eligibility 25 yrs later :).
