The Speed School program is tailored towards athletes that are looking to get faster and want a thorough breakdown of their running mechanics. Athletes will work on acceleration, top end mechanics, plyometrics and strength training specific to speed. In this class athletes will get timed and a video analysis on their sprinting mechanics to show them the correct way to improve and get faster. We work with some of the fastest athletes in the area and are always looking for ways to help our athletes be effective and efficient while sprinting. Speed is the number one way you can separate yourself from the competition.

- Wednesday – Max Velocity, Top End Speed
- Saturday – Acceleration & Top End Speed
