The College & High School Performance program is focused on building speed, strength, power, explosiveness, increasing mobility and reducing risk of injury. We aim to maximize the potential of each of our athletes through science backed programming and an environment you can’t find anywhere else. Whatever your sport may be, our group setting allows athletes from many different sports to work together to accomplish their goals. We will help you gain confidence and that competitive advantage over your competition!
